Jacques Audette
Legal Counsel
Jacques Audette has practiced law for over forty years, primarily in labour and employment law. A member of the Quebec Bar since 1976, he has developed recognized expertise in litigation and strategy, enabling him to advise a diverse clientele including public bodies, private sector companies, senior executives, and shareholder groups.
Over the course of his career, he practiced for more than three decades at major Montreal law firms, where he built a solid reputation as a negotiator and litigator.
Since 2013, he has been with Savonitto & Associates, where he applies his experience to the firm's cases while sharing his knowledge with junior lawyers.
Driven by a keen understanding of the human and legal issues at stake, Mr. Audette approaches each case with nuance, attentiveness, and discernment. He excels at developing strategies to achieve the best possible results for his clients, whether through negotiation or, when necessary, before administrative and civil tribunals.
Still deeply committed to his practice, he maintains the same enthusiasm he had at the beginning of his career, finding in each new case an opportunity to analyze, advise, and guide with precision.
