Mr. Michel Savonitto
Michel Savonitto founded the firm in 2011 and has over 30 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. A recognized strategist in class actions and extraordinary proceedings (injunctions, Anton Piller orders, seizures before judgement), he has led several high-profile cases, particularly in the healthcare sector.
Recognized by Best Lawyers since 2021, he is known for his rigorous, results-oriented method. A graduate of the Université de Montréal's Faculty of Law (LL.B.), he also serves as an inspector with the Professional Inspection Department of the Barreau du Québec.
