The case is now titled: Gerasil Amarille, in her capacity as liquidator of the estate of Joseph Frainetti.

This class action seeks to obtain reimbursement for price increases and reductions in discounts on rates allegedly imposed unlawfully by Bell Canada and/or Bell Mobility and/or Bell ExpressVu Limited Partnership and/or Bell Mobility Inc. for telephone, mobile, Internet, fibre-optic television, and satellite television services. The Superior Court of the District of Montreal authorized this class action on July 10, 2017.
